Frequently asked questions
What does Risløkka cost?
The first 3 days everything is free. After that you can buy a pass in the app – a one-time purchase through Apple that doesn’t renew automatically. You’ll see the price in the App Store.
What if I fail?
With “Until you pass”, tap “I failed the driving test” in your profile and get 60 more days – once per purchase, while the pass is active or up to 30 days after.
What is always free?
The map, 3D, signs and speed limits, search, routes, danger spots and accident places.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which languages?
Norwegian, English, Ukrainian and Russian. The examiner always speaks Norwegian.
Which test centres?
Risløkka, Lillestrøm, Drøbak, Billingstad and Drammen.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account → “Delete account”. The profile, the progress and the profile photo are deleted from the server at once.
Is this Statens vegvesen?
No. Risløkka is an independent practice app and gives no official assessment. Always follow the traffic rules, the signs and your supervisor, and don’t hold the phone while driving.
